CANCELLATION POLICY

A full treatment fee will be charged for no-shows, cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, and same-day cancellations. This policy helps us manage our schedule and availability effectively.

BOOKING POLICY

Preparation for Appointments:
     We request that clients arrive 10 minutes early to their appointments to ensure they can utilise the full scheduled time.
Late Arrivals:
       In the event of a late arrival, we reserve the right to modify or shorten the appointment duration to avoid disruptions to subsequent appointments.
Excessive Delays:
      Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment canceled, and will be charged for the full price of the scheduled treatment. 
Refusal of Service:
      We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Rescheduling:
      We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate you notifying us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. This allows us to offer your slot to another client. Rescheduling or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a fee. 
Managing Your Booking:
      You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via the link provided in the confirmation email or text message.
 
 Additional Note:
Clinic Closure: Please note that our clinic is closed on Sundays and does not respond to calls or messages on that day.

For the first appointment, customers younger than 18 years old should be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.

If you had your last chemical peel 3 months ago, or your series of treatments has been interrupted you cannot schedule for the chemical peel to complete the missing sessions. Please contact us or schedule Omnilux Signature Facial.
